La Bella Booking and Cancellation Policy
La Bella Med Spa request a $50.00 deposit for all appointments which will be applied towards your treatment. In case of a no-show appointment or a last minute cancellation the deposit will be lost.
Deposits are non-refundable
We can Only keep your reservation on hold for 24hrs, failure to settle your deposit or failure to respond within 24hrs will automatically cancel your booking.
48-hour Cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 48-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• Cancellations less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge of $50
• You will NOT be refunded your deposit. We encourage rescheduling your service to avoid the fee.
• Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount.
For Clients with Plans and Packages:
Less than 48 hours will result to $50
Failure to cancel or show up on the day of appointment will result in forfeiture of the missed treatment on file.
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period. If you can make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day!
Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies.
Sanitization and Sterilization
here at La Bella we make sure everyone's healthy and safety. We provide 1 HOUR of gap in between clients to give us time to sanitize, disinfect and sterilize our tools and equipments before the next client arrives. Bed sheets are changed and washed on a daily basis
Medical history forms must be filled out by all clients. This information is collected in order to ensure I have a clear understanding of your medical history, medications, active topicals being used, allergies, and recent surgeries. This will enable me to clearly identify any contraindications to treatments or products. The goal is to always ensure you are an optimal candidate for treatment(s) and to identify if a treatment needs to be altered to suit your needs. Your health and safety is top priority - therefore it is mandatory to fill out all required forms and to be 100% honest in all answers. All medical information will be kept confidential and I abide by all privacy laws.
Clients under the age of 18 must let their parents fill in the parental consent form provided under consent form section of my website.
Method of Payment
I accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Interac. Gratuities are not included in the service price.
Treatment and product pricing is subject to change at any time.
For your protection,We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.
Series of treatment Policy
We're unable to refund the payment of the treatment series,plans and packages once it has been purchased. however, We will provide a credit of equal value for future use.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined and under no circumstance are allowed to result in a refund owing to the customers (a discount greater than product cost).
Series can be redeemed by one client only (no sharing please). Series expire 2 years from date of purchase and are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any product this must be reported to us within 48 hours of use. We will provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. Please note that a doctor’s note and or photos may be required.
Refund And Shipping Policy:
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: , , , Canada Post. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 102-34 Plains Road East, Burlington, Ontario,L7T0B9. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is a pre-order?
The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our store. Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.
What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?
The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.
How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?
Waiting times vary from article to article. Usually, the estimated waiting time is of 10-15 working days from the date of publication of the item. Once that the item is available in our store, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days.
Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.
When a delay occurs and why?
The items of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?
Absolutely yes! You can:
- Create two distinct orders: one including items available in stock and the other including items in pre-order. The one including available items will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping times policy.
- Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be hold and dispatched entirely.
- Contact our Customer Care for further information on pre-order products.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
Yes you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be canceled within two hours from the purchase. From that moment on it won't be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 2 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team.
Furthermore, if the 10-15 working days have been exceeded it is possible to request the cancellation of the pre-order item.
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any “return way” shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If any shipping costs were paid by the client, those costs will be deducted from any additional charges. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us. There are no restocking charges for unclaimed parcels. If you would like the order to be re-shipped, standard shipping rates for your destination will be charged.
